The check-in and breakfast and the location of the hotel. We had a courtyard view which was noting much.

The room was large, very clean and nicely decorated. I couldn't find the hair dryer and the staff were very helpful in getting me a new one. My French is also not very good but all the staff had great English and made me feel very welcome!
