We liked everything! we stayed in a family bedroom and had separate rooms. Our bed was huge ! the rooms are very nice, bathroom great with nice products. We made the most of our stay! Swimming pool, restaurant (excellent food !), nice music and everybody was very friendly... Breakfast is simple but all fresh and nice. If we needed anything we just had to ask. We could have scrambled eggs on request for example. We had a little one of 4 years old and he had a special mug for him with cereals. Simple but nice attention from the team. and it was like that all the time!

The hotel was excellent, comfortable and with a hint of the traditional feel that I was looking for. Room was very good and the AC was a welcome addition (although the green light from the AC control was extremely bright at night so we covered this up each night!). The owners were good to meet, extremely friendly/approachable and very helpful, and the hotel facilities including the pool were very good. Location is fab though, opposite the kayak/canoe and the river, good parking availability and the pool was very nice, certainly cooled us down when it got really hot. We'd recommend this to all travelling to this area as its far enough away from the main town area to feel independent yet close enough so you can stroll down and back in a matter of minutes.
