The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. They have good will to sort out unforseen issues, which is not always the case in France! I adored their breakfast! Angela was so friendly and helpful! The view is amazing and very pleasant and I'd definitely come back to this hotel. The parking was very convenient and free of charge :) Just a bit small for large SUV's. They have a lift at the back of the hotel that's very convenient for more experienced skiers that can leave from there. As I didn't know the domain and didn't have enough time to figure how to come back to the hotel with the multiple lifts, plus the ski coaches don't come at this location, it turned out not so handy as I thought when I choose the hotel. I had to drive down to the centre, find the parking, park the car, pay the parking, put my skis and walk to Jandri. If you have kids and are out of shape it can become quickly exhausting!

We stayed as a group of 4 adults during Rise festival this December. The property is located in a grate area seconds away from the Village lift. It should be advertised as a ski in and ski out in my opinion. You leave the back entrance of the ski locker room and the lift is directly opposite! The staff were friendly and the hotel is modern throughout. We felt comfortable asking for assistance from all the staff and they were super helpful recommending things to try and do in the area. The food was good quality with large portions. The free shuttle bus to the town is also close by making it a great choice to stay.
