During the winter period, access is only by Montjoie gondola: Winter timetable School holidays: from 8.50 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. night services from 7 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. Outside school holidays: from 8.50 a.m. to 4 p.m. access by the Gorge gondola or by car (4x4 recommended). Gorge gondola summer timetable: 8:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The property is on the pistes. It is thus very well located and while the rooms are relatively compact, they are warm and comfortable. You are staying here in large part for the location. The stay is half board and the food is good. The staff was friendly and there is a place to lock up skis and a boot warmer. It must be borne in mind that the only access is via the telecabines (not a criticism - just a fact) meaning you need to be aware of and plan for this in terms of judicious packing and timing of the lifts (lift access up and down to the hotel is free so you do not need to buy a pass for access to the hotel).
