Sebastian and Mark were amazing and lovely hosts, we really felt at home at their beautiful place. You really notice they put a lot of effort in the decoration and details. The place is perfect to stay with your dog, our dog became best friends with their dog Jojo. We were happy to see them play and run around in the garden. They also kept an eye on our dog while we were getting the massage and sauna, which we highly recommend. The breakfast was delicious, with homemade jams and fruit from the garden, local cheeses and fresh croissants. Overall it felt like staying with family, the welcoming feeling, making sure that we had everything we needed with a lot of recommendations for restaurants and things to see in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Converted traditional Norman cider farm. Beautifully converted, landscaped and maintained and neatly tucked away between two green slopes. The votes are very cosy, perfect decor, well equipped and the bed was from another planet where everyone sleeps 15 hours a day. Not sure how they made it so comfortable but only a certain type of person with a degree in Slumberology could finesse a duvet, mattress and pillows like that. Trust me. It took forceps to get me out of bed. We were looked after impeccably by Mark,Seb and Jojo their dog was a delight. Sadly the weather was not great but on the one sunny evening just sitting in our garden drinking wine from Seb's family vineyard was magic. This is a place to let yourself feel cut off from the madding crowd, forget all the people you don't care for even exist, close your mind to the outside world and chilllllll.

Les Fermes de Florence is a place you absolutely must experience. If you haven’t been yet, I highly recommend making a booking. My advice? Book an extra day if you can, because once you're there, you'll wish you had more time to soak in the beauty of this wonderful retreat. Mark and Sébastien are the perfect hosts—truly exceptional. They bring a unique blend of sensitivity and kindness that you can feel in every corner of Les Fermes, making it a truly special and unique place. The surroundings are stunning, with everything you need for a relaxing stay, and it's conveniently close to charming authentic villages and excellent restaurants. The breakfast prepared by Mark is a delight, and I can’t recommend Sébastien’s massage enough—it’s an absolute must.
