The breakfast buffet was really good. The location of the hotel is very good for any mountain sighting between Germany and Austria. Everything in the room was as advertised. The two nights we spent were quiet.

We used this place for an overnight stop on our way from Italy to Germany. The hotel is located in central Lermoos, close to shops, restaurants ski schools etc. Looks pretty shabby from the outside and is mainly suited to the younger ski market. Internally, whilst clean and tidy, the decor is not particularly attractive but is functional. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom facilities clean and modern. We managed to park outside but the Spar (extra parking available) was only a short distance away. Online check in is required but communication with the host was excellent.

After reading bad reviews for this property we were very sceptical, but to our delight, our room 57, was clean and comfortable with a great view of the mountains. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and good.

Big thanks to all the staff working there, they were very friendly and awesome. There was a lady she was not speaking English well but still very carrying and so sweet! Hope we didn't make much trouble for her. The rest of the personal also great and always there to help! Big hugs and thanks!

V nice breakfast, lovely staff at breakfast too. The sauna was great - really nice facilities. Lovely spacious rooms and corridors. Super town centre location.
