The location couldn't be better, facing the beach and a short walk into the centre of Lerici. We had a bright room on the 3rd floor with a balcony facing the sea. Reception very helpful with parking.

Excellent location, with a delightful view towards Porto Venere. The breakfast was great and the team were friendly and hhelpful. The balcony was generously sized. Very handy for the bus stop.

the location is outstanding directly on the beach and close to the public parking. We had a room just facing the sea with a charming view. Great breakfast with plenty of choice of salty and sweet food in a room overlooking the sea.

A stay around the Golf of La Spezia is always nice. The Florida has been renovated nicely. Easy to park next to the property. Nice location almost in S Terenzo. Nice walk to Lerici

An excellent location next to the beach with balcony with fantastic view. A proximity (walking distance) of main square of Lerici with very good restaurants for different choice. Room was not very big but reasonable. Price was very attractive (may happen, it is off-season only?). Breakfast was very rich for every taste. Staff was very friendly and willing to help or give advice, here I would specially mention Ricardo.

Fantastic location on the seafront. Friendliest staff we came across on our road trip across Tuscany and beyond. Room was clean & fresh with good toiletries. Delicious breakfast. Parking outside the hotel.
