Havana Villas is an excellent choice for a relaxed family vacation, offering a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The hosts are exceptionally warm and friendly, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The villas themselves are charming tiny houses, fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beautiful yard, complete with a well-maintained lawn and a vegetable garden, adds to the pleasant, homey feel of the place. One of the standout features is the beach bar and the free private beach. Havana Villas is located at the end of the main street in Leptokaria, a 10 minute walk along the shoreline to the center of town, with easy access to local shops, grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants.

The facilities were great, close to the beach, clean and a lot of space for us and the children to play at the garden. Good looking garden with everything you need for a good vacation. The staff was great, always helpful and friendly.

I would start by saying that this is one of our best experiences on Booking for these several reasons: 1. The location is amazing! Its on its own beautiful big private beach! 2. The accommodation was perfect! The houses are very beautiful, they are clean and equipped with everything that you need. Big plus is that they have very beautiful yard. The houses are built very well so that you will have privacy. Besides the accommodation there is also a bar. 3. The host was the best! They were always there to make our stay even better. They are polite, friendly and since we met in person they treated us as a family! When we got there, even that the summer season hasnt started yet the host prepared the beach just for us. 4. This accommodation is pet friendly! We came with our dog and this is also one big plus! If you and our friends or family planning to go in Greece and Leptokarya, this is the best place!
