The hostel has a great location, free breakfast, very friendly staff, it is clean and quiet to sleep. There is AC and the bed is pretty comfortable. I liked everything about the stay. There is also water filter and water to buy anytime you need it.

A nice hostel just a few blocks from the central park in Leon. The place had a quiet, pleasant vibe to it, which is what I was seeking. The main floor had five sleeping rooms, a combination of dorms and private rooms, I believe all with shared baths. The second floor had four more private rooms, each with its own private bath. The breakfasts were always good, with a choice of three types of breakfast. Once breakfast ended, guest were free to use the kitchen the rest of the day. Coffee and filtered water were also available throughout the day. If you're looking for a nice, pleasant stay in Leon, Hostal La Tortuga Booluda is a good choice.

Everything. The location is quite close to the center, the room was comfy and big. It was clean and the breakfast was big and absolutely delicious. Staff war very kind. One of my best stays. Totally recommended, both for solo travelers, groups or families (that was my case).

Lovely staff. Very understanding and responsive. The pet turtles are so cute, be careful not to step on them. The breakfasts were absolutely fantastic! The pancakes were delicious. The kitchen is great too & they keep guest belongings near and tidy with labelled boxes per room. The dorm has heaps of fans which helps with ventilation because there’s no AC.

Chilled out vibe, really clean, great breakfasts, helpful staff. We kept extending our stay, the rooms with AC were great, as are the ones with fans!
