Air con was good in the private room. No time restrictions unlike other places in Leon, which is good bc it gets so hot and humid in the day. Staff were lovely and friendly

I stayed in dormitory. The room was for 12ppl, but there was 3-4ppl at the time, so enough space and had fans each. Mattress was comfortable. Shower and toilet were clean well. Coffee and breakfast were delicious, provided free water too. Walking distance to central and bus terminal.
