the room was beautifully furnished and clean ( apart from a strip of driec faeces under the toilet rim which i reported ) Good choice of beverage in the room and bottled water The gardens beautifully kept The stafff super friendly, polite and attentive, even when, it was obvious that there was short staff the function room, orangry was perfect with lots of space

Can't comment in detail as we only used the hotel as a base to travel out from each day for a family event so were not able to fully utilise all facilities, but from the little we saw of the hotel it was a wonderful place to stay.

Complimentary upgrade. Staff excellent, including the chef, location excellent, plumbing and heating let the hotel down, and we had problems with Internet connection and with one of two Tv's. Staff did their best to resolve the issues including relocation of room. Lack of gym or pool disappointing in a hotel of this price., though walking possibilities are good.
