The fine print
Please be aware that the final boat departing from Sanur, Bali to Lembongan Island leaves at 5:00 PM, and passengers are required to be at the boarding desk at least 30 minutes prior to departure (4:30 PM). It's not feasible to travel to the island after this time. If you plan to travel directly from the airport to Nusa Lembongan, please ensure that your flight arrives no later than 2:30 PM. If you are arriving later than 2:30 PM, we suggest spending the night in Bali, for example, in Sanur, and taking a boat to the island the following morning.
Nusa Lembongan is a peaceful, secluded island where things can differ from what we're accustomed to at home. It's worth noting that power cuts can occur on the island from time to time, although they are usually brief and don't exceed one hour.
Despite our internet provider offering a speed of 10-20 Mbps, it's important to note that internet connectivity on Nusa Lembongan Island can occasionally be slow and unstable. As we are situated on a small island, the internet speed you can expect may not be the same as what you would receive on the mainland of Bali.
Please be aware that this villa is accessible only by stairs, and there are approximately 100 steps leading up to the property. As a result, it may not be suitable for individuals with mobility issues or disabilities. However, for those who can manage the stairs, the view from the villa is absolutely worth it. Guests will be rewarded with stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape and ocean, making for an unforgettable experience that is sure to leave a lasting impression.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Position was great. Staff were amazing. Fantastic having filtered hot/cold water cooler. Showers were the best we've had.

Location was very handy for walking to restaurants, beach & entertainment. Host was easily accessible & helpful for organising the ferry & local transport. Bedding etc was all very clean. View was amazing. Only caution is my elderly parents struggled with the walk to property access

First time actually staying in Lembongan . Really enjoyed the stay here , great view of Jungut Batu Beach and the open air style of the accommodation gave it an excellent holiday feel. Each afternoon the clouds would clear off Gunung Agung making the view even better and being able to hear the waves crashing when you were in bed last night was awesome. Close to plenty of great little restaurants and bars looking over the beach. Perefct addition to our Bali break!
