Everything! The staff in particular is very welcoming and friendly. The swimming pool and the view are breathtaking! The room was very comfortable and spacious. The spa is also a very big plus if you enjoy massages :) You can book easily trips around the islands with the hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Acala. From the moment we arrived the staff were warm and welcoming. The resort is beautiful and tranquil. A particular highlight was the live music at the restaurant. Special thanks to Nur, Didi, Utah and all the other staff for such great service.

The hotel has a free shuttle on the island. The breakfast is delicious and you can choose more than 1 item.

Great hotel room was just what we wanted and the view from the pool and pool bed was great! Bed was comfy and the staff couldn’t do anymore for you! Having the shuttle was perfect to get around and explore. Food in the restaurant was lovely. Tip we found out On the last day was if you go down towards the spa from there you can walk 15 minutes to the yellow bridge

View from room and facility…i got room that not so far from reception and restaurant so i dont have to go down/upstairs too much…Our room just perfect with our own pool and this resort have their free shuttle with schedule to 3 points…The resto nice…food delicious…manager resto is helpful…one night he help me to print my work sheet as its urgent…thank you again, sir 😊
