The room we originally were assigned was not ideal, however after discussions with the extremely helpful staff, we were able to get a more suitable room. The customer service staff were very friendly and helpful, and did all they could to ensure we had a great experience.

Clean room, good facilities, well stocked towels, close to public transport, room was large. Accessible with lift available. Parking opposite.

Check in was easy, did it on line and no issues when I arrived at the hotel. All you can eat Chinese restaurant (Tasty Wok) is very good value. Room was large and clean.
