My name is Lilja Víká and I live at Áargarður 10 in Leirvik, in an old cozy neighbourhood. It is situated on the way to the memorial.At “Heimablídni” our star meal is cod, fished from the main northern fishing ground, “Norðhavið”, not far from where I live.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

I had the Best time with the nicest hosts, very helpful and caring, sharing all Information, that i needed to know, had the Best breakfast with typical faroese food! Loved it. Will be back Teresa💜🇫🇴

Definately a great place to stay on the Faroer Islands. The hostess Lilya is such a friendly, kind and sweet person. I would recommend this place to stay when you visit Faroer! The location is central, close to both south and north, everything is in reach within an hour. Oh, and breakfast was included and very delightsome, with fresh self made bread and products from own garden or originally from the islands.
