Apartment Overview

These apartments are located in a historic villa near the centre of Leipzig, just 200 metres from Arena Leipzig and 900 metres from the Red Bull Arena. WiFi is provided free of charge.
Comprehenseively refurbished in 2015, Downtown Apartments Leipzig feature bright and modern interiors. Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with walk-in shower.
There are also tea/coffee facilities in each apartment.
Waldplatz tram stop is just a 2-minute walk from the accommodation and lies on many tram lines. Leipzig Zoo and all of Leipzig's historic city centre attractions are easily reachable in a 20-minute walk or a few tram stops.
Parking is available in the on-site garage for an additional charge.

The location for the arena was perfect. The apartment was stylish, spacious and clean. Brilliant powerful shower. Well appointed kitchen with everything you need. Easy access. Booked parking was convenient.

This apartment has a spacious and well appointed living room. It is conveniently located near the central pedestrian area of Leipzig; easy walking distance to Thomaskirche and in a quiet pleasant neighbourhood. The bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent.
