The fine print
Please note that guests are required to show the credit card which has been used to make the booking, upon arrival. If this is not possible, guests should have an authorization form, signed by the credit card holder if he/she is not travelling along. Children can be accommodated at a surcharge. Baby cots can be rented for EUR 10 per night. An extra bed can be added for EUR 25. These fees need to be paid at the accommodation during check in. Please note that extra beds and baby cots are subject to availability and have to be confirmed by the hotel. Guests can bring their own baby cot, free of charge.

Everything was great. The only comment I would make is that at Breakfast a lot of items were not replenished enough. Often items were not there while there were staff around who should have noticed. Everyone pays for breakfast and there should be enough items available for all and not just the first guests of the day. Quite bad on Sunday: a lot of items gone before 0830.

The location is perfect for shopping in The Mall. Trams run to Den Haag and Delft. It's easy to travel to Scheveningen ( the sea & beach). The dinner in the restaurant was excellent.

We have regularly used this hotel over the last 6 years. It has improved a lot during this time. The rooms have been modernised with walk in showers and the beds are very comfortable.

The rooms are large and well furnished with tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast is excellent with always plenty on offer. The views over the lake from the restaurant are lovely. The location is excellent, and just a few yards from the new Westfield shopping mall

Breakfast was good, tasty and hot - not big but good enough amount of choices. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and clean. Good location - very close to Westfield gallery. Evening meals in the restaurant were of good quality and no so pricey. Coffee express in the room, tea set too - nice additions to warm up in the evenings and mornings. In overall, good stay within 4 nights (-:
