The hotel is in a good location but it is a walk from the restaurants and so on. The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are quite modern and there is a self-service coffee machine which makes freshly ground espressos and cappuccions etc. In winter the rooms are very warm. The pastries like pan au chocolate at breakfast were good.

The property was welcoming in a run down area in Leicester. The building stood out and looked modern. The entrance was clean and staff welcoming. Bar and dining area were pretty good too! We signed in and headed to our room, easy enough to navigate the hotel. Room was quite welcoming and hotel is wheelchair friendly. Breakfast in the morning is delicious. Shower isn’t difficult to operate and you have basic items you’d expect in your room such as tv, bedside lights, iron and table, blow dryer and somewhere to hang some clothes. Bed was fairly comfortable also. Hotel accommodated a baby cot.

The location was good and close to the train station, a few minutes walk. Staff were impressive. Local shops across the road and short distance away.

Very close to the station. Rooms were secure with everything you need in the room and nice shower room. Rooms well serviced the staff. Helpful staff at reception amd breakfast area. The cooked breakfast.

Stayed 6 months in 2024 and now back for at least 2/3 months both times my home was flooded. Staff are brilliant, welcoming and helpful, all rooms are a good size. Never been bothered by other rooms or outside noise.

Location is not too bad, 9 mins walk from the train station and easily accessible to the town centre and shops. There is a convenient store right across the street from the hotel which comes in handy. Room and shared spaces were clean, enough clean towels provided in the rooms, air-condition works and not noisy. Lucky enough to have been given a room not facing the street but there was still some noise from what I believe staff working downstairs in the back. Will stay again for a night for the convenience, not too sure if I will stay for longer periods due to noise level from the second floor, perhaps a higher floor room will resolve that but you've got to pay a extra for that!

Absolutely spotless! I suffer with OCD around cleanliness and I was over the moon with this hotels cleaning standards. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Could not fault anything, amazing value for money.

Nice hotel, we booked 2 double rooms for one night’s stay and they were both spacious enough to get ready in without tripping over each other which was exactly what we wanted! The beds were super comfortable, linen etc all spotless, shower was good with plenty of hot water and super clean. Actually everywhere we saw in the hotel was clean, tidy and up to date. Staff we met were all professional but friendly, efficient and helpful. I didn’t use the hotel wifi but it was available. The breakfast was good, they offer the usual spread of continental and cooked foods you would expect and it was all appealing. I asked at the time of booking if the rooms could be near each other and they acknowledged my request and said they would try to accommodated this depending on availability (which I totally understand) and when we checked in they had made sure they were next door to each other which was super helpful. NCP car park is just across the road a 1-2 minute walk which was perfect. Would plan to stay here again if we’re back in Leicester for an event again, thank you for an enjoyable stay.
