Great central location, clean, very comfortable super king double bed, friendly staff, quiet. TV in rooms. Shared toilet and shower near bedrooms. Very economical for short stay.

OK and value for money, when you are looking for a private room, in place of staying in bunk beds. Quite near to the railway station, so that's one good thing.

Friendly welcome with a nice cup of tea. My basic room served it's purpose. Location was just five minute's walk from train station with no restrictions on coming and going. Enjoyed chatting to the host and will definitely use again when I visit Leicester

We didn’t have breakfast, location was near to a venue at Leicester Uni so ideal. Rooms were simple but beds comfy.
