The room was lovely and warm. The shower was great. Everything in the room worked and it was comfortable. There is a kitchen on the ground floor which was useful for extra dishes.

Room clean, modern, no damage, no outside noise(trains/planes/cars. Plenty of parking , 57 quid for 1 night (thurs) on booking .com with breakfast included.

Spacious room. Good comfortable bed. Very clean. Powerful shower with super hot water. Very convenient to drive to and free parking available at the property and in the next street. The big bonus is Allendale Road, a street of restaurants, cafes and a great pub (The Classroom) just a 5-min walk away. Really recommend.

Good location, bus routes easily accessible. Convenience store just next to the property. Spacious room and comfortable. Basic but we had all we needed. Staff helpful.

it was excellent value for money. clean and tidy with a clean Toilet and shower. a basic breakfast in the morning. for someone going for a short stay to Leicester it is an excellent place to stay for a night or 2. all the basics are covered very well
