From the moment we arrived the staff were welcoming, friendly and couldn't do enough for us the whole stay. ,Paul, Rebecca, all the girls in the dining room, Sam on breakfast, all excellent. Food excellent and the rooms spot on. Set in lovely grounds. Highly recommended. Five star. From Avril

Place is really lovely. All staff are really friendly and accommodating nothing was a problem. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone thinking about it you would not be disappointed.

Very conveniently located off the M1, but in a quiet village. A bonus to have rooms and pub (with good food, comfortable seating and massive beer garden) in the same place. Excellent breakfasts, everything spotlessly clean. View of Kirkby Muxloe castle from our room, very comfortable bed. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We stayed in room 20, beautiful room and size good, because of no double glazing we could hear things going on outside but honestly it wasn’t a problem, breakfast was one of the best I have had and Caroline is a lovely, polite, lady and she made all the difference, nothing was a bother.
