The hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. The room was quiet and cosy. The bed and pillows were comfy. The facilities in the room were adequate and worked well. The room was also quite warm

I cannot recommend Abbey Hotel in Leicester highly enough! Every time I visit Leicester, this is my go-to place, and for good reason. So it’s 1 mile from town centre near a retail park however across from Abbey Park! Has a modern cafe as part of the hotel. The rooms we had were non window options however where en suite, good modern shower and toilet etc! Wall mounted tv screen and good size bed with professionally laundered bedding etc! All clean and tidy! For the money, great value decent rooms! Friendly and helpful reception team also.
