The location of the property is very good, walking distance from Leh Market. The dining services too are very good, the food is quite good (although could be a bit less expensive). The front Desk Manager - Arun, is very professional, well mannered, caring and very efficient.

Very good just 5 mins walk from Leh Market. They have also their restaurant. Breakfast is good freshly made Puris and Bhaturas Excellent Team at the Hotel and Manager Mr Arun super co-operative I think owner and stays in the same property

A very welcoming hotel with attentive staff who really care about their clients. Arun, the manager, was a great problem solver and, with Sushal, worked hard to ensure that everything went smoothly. The food is all freshly prepared (which means a wait at at times) and really tasty (and very well-priced). Location is great - extremely quiet during the day and a ten minute stroll to the centre of Leh.

We stayed at the Ashoka in Ladakh for 9 days & it was a simply perfect stay. The hotel is modern, has all needed facilities & is very well located within Leh. However, by far the best thing about this place is the staff. Lead by the amazing manager Arun, everyone is so friendly, helpful & made our entire stay just perfect. I've been to many hotels and never felt at home quite like this. In one instance my mom felt some altitude sickness and the staff made sure that she would be taken care of by getting all the help she needed. Once again special thanks to Arun and the team for an unforgettable stay in Ladakh.
