Always looked at the bandha when searching for hotels, finally booked & did not regret it. rooms are fantastic & clean, bed is 10/10 for comfort. Staff are lovely. Easy access to garlick lane & restaurants you can either walk along the street next to beach or walk through the rear of hotel past all the shops. Will stay here again.

Fantastic staff, great location - walking distance to whatever is necessary, breakfast changes everyday and pools are clean. Also entertainment in the evenings like acoustic guitar and drag queen shows.

The staff are all 10 star. So friendly and professional. You received such a warm welcome everytime you returned to the property, from the security, to concierge, to reception, cleaners, everyone was lovely. Every request was received so positively, without question. We both got sick so we needed to order some bread a few times. We received it so quickly. And reception even called us back to offer organising a doctor for us. At a cost Ofcourse. But great and efficient service. Breakfast buffet has every option and great food. The room is spacious and so comfortable. I loved the bed and pillows.i never wanted to leave

Well, where do I start really. For a 5 star hotel. It hasn’t been horrendous. But hasn’t been the 5* service you would expect to be quite honest. When your away, you are understandably more chilled, but this shouldn’t be reflected on your waiting times, for absolutely anything you ask for….. this is the point I want to make most apparent. Breakfast is ok. Except for the fact you have to order any coffees or eggs (to order) prior to sitting down, this being our own choice based on how long it takes, because you will have finished before they even arrive, the touch of added flys constantly was brilliant! May some citronella candles? Or something else to reduce the amount. When ordering food or drinks anywhere, please remember to request to sign for your bill, or they will ring your room as soon as you have gone back to remind you, like your going to run out and leave without paying, maybe if they just gave you it when they removed the plates? Seems reasonable. Around the pool isn’t to busy and towels replaced and fresh each day. Nicely spaced and comfy to lay on. The best I’ve probably ever had, considering we go abroad a-lot this is a complement. The room was clean, restocked generously daily. The added touch of somebody spraying mosquito repellent at night is good however, please note if your going for a shower, they may still enter your room and get a nice surprise, very embarrassing. I lock the door for a reason. Sound proofing, I wouldn’t call it that at all tbh. The smell of the drainage as well is some what to be desired. It was my partners birthday the day before arrival and they did supply a cake and card which I thought was a lovely touch. Security, we’re very thorough which was great and very welcoming each time we returned. Staff were helpful when requested. Over all it was pretty average. We stayed in Ubud the week before and in comparison with not much price difference. the whole stay was a lot more relaxing and less hitches.

Rooms are spacious & modern, bed is so comfy, they are cleaned so well every day. The whole property is beautiful, well laid out and easy to get around. Staff are phenomenal and we love staying here

Loved staying here. The pool is amazing and the hotel is close by to lots of shops and restaurants with easy access to the beach. The staff were very attentive and the breakfast was good. Spa was great value for money with great options and packages

The staff were amazing! The hotel had everything we needed. We forgot to pack our international power adapter and the hotel lent us one. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. The room size was perfect. The room itself was very clean and well presented.
