The staff were polite, very friendly. The overall setting of the hotel was very nice. Boutique style and right in the heart of Kuta I thought the room relaxing, the bed very good and balcony very nice

It is ok, the common areas and pools are very very nice. Staff people amazing also. The room no, they don't have blinds, and there are small windows above the door with even no curtains. So there is light since 6 am in the room.

Everything! Had to move room as shower was leaking. Contacted front desk and they sent someone to fix the issue straight away. Not an easy fix, so we were moved to another room. Loved all aspects of this hotel. Will be back.

The staff were so friendly and the beds/pillows were very comfy. Breakfast was fresh and delicious each morning and there were extra options and activities with the restaurant that we didn’t expect.
