I was delivering Ireland Homes Interiors and Living magazines to Ballynahinch Castle for my wife, as my travel budget will not let me stay at the castle, Portfinn Lodge was perfectly comfortable, Clean and a lovely host, in the most beautiful of locations, the first thing I did when I got back home, was check dates for returning to Porfinn Lodge to explore this amazing part of Ireland further. Tips for other travellers Yes its called a B&B, but having breakfast as an option is better, I left at 4.30am, breakfast is served from 8am, why would I want to pay for breakfast? Those people who have 'complained' in the reviews about not knowing breakfast was extra, did you not read what you were paying for before you booked? Its like those who complain about easyjet and Ryanair, they want it all but focus on the price only when booking, if you buy the cheapest, there will most likely be add-ons, read, read, read and then book! And if you want it all (and can afford it) try Ballynahinch Castle!
