Great location in the lovely town of Leek . Great hot tub and party room . Very comfortable and clean bedding. Perfect for a girls weekend away .

This was a really fun house to stay in and we had a great time, enjoying the hot tub and the music in the party room. We loved the location and had the chance to explore a lot of the peak district. It does what it says on the tin and is great place for a get together with friends, we played a lot of board games and it was perfect for our murder mystery!

I definitely recommend it. clean and pleasant. upon our arrival there was already warm water in the hot tube. a great room to have fun, with games, sound system and records, nothing but celebration. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay and a brilliant 40th birthday. I'm already planning my next stay.

plenty of room, the arcade machines and the party room was awesome. enjoyed the Jacuzzi very much!
