Good stay close to city centre and amenities, host was helpful and replied very quickly to our needs we checked in very late but no issue as check in was smooth and easily accessed with a key safe.

Good value for money. Host was great, good communication, friendly. Arranged a parking permit for us to park right outside the house. House is small, but furniture is new and comfortable. New kitchen units and new bathroom suite. The house is not in the best area of Leeds but we did not feel uncomfortable. 10 minutes from Roundhay Park where our event was located
