Great place to stay with a pet, a small dog in this case. Nice room on the Ground floor with easy access to the grounds. You can't take a dog into the restaurant but you can eat in the Stable bar. Also complimentary membership of a local David Lloyd Gym is included although I didn't try that I thought it was a very good facility to have. There were dog treats and a dog bed in the room

Staff welcoming and helpful. Room clean and had all I needed. Plenty of free parking. I thought the breakfast was excellent and staff at breakfast real nice too. The freshly squeezed orange house made my day. It was delicious.

The staff are Weetwood are its biggest asset from Sam on night shift to the gentleman serving breakfast in the morning - faultless. The grounds are beautiful and calming. Only one issue carpets - this needs changing tired and worn in some areas. The bedroom was lovely, bed and pillow v v comfortable and i've stayed in plenty of places. Love the location, used to come to the playing fields as a student so brings back many memories. Thank you Sharifa
