Great location. Limited parking for guests whilst gym is open, Very noisy and no particularly comfortable area to sit. Rooms are dark and dingy but the bed was very comfortable.

Friendly staff made us feel very welcome Room was clean , bright & airy Loved the information board good overview of all the facilities on offer. Got 20% off breakfast by scanning the breakfast menu. Fabulous!!

Room was a reasonable size. However it lacked storage space. A phone is a nice touch but it didn't have one. the coffee percolator/machine was ok. I had to water the coffee down by 50% to get it drinkable. The bed was most uncomfortable. I had to prop myself up with three pillows to get a nights sleep otherwise I ended up waking with back pain. Water was hot and bowls were clean.sockets in the room are limited and very few usb to charge all the devices of modern living .
