The receptionist, Erin, was very friendly and helpful. I liked my cosy little room. And was delighted to find there was a bath. For a budget hotel, it was fine.

The staff were lovely.especially Erin .The room yes was dated and needed decorating but it was clean .Bedding excellent clean . bathroom clean.tean and coffee in room . .Breakfast first class.and good value .we overlooked the stadium and the parking was free!

Great for the solo traveller, room was good size with ensuite. Location was great, short walk to centre of Headingley and Burley Park station

I stay often at this hotel. Mark and Monica are always so nice, friendly and helpful. I always have a great sleep. The beds are comfortable and clean. There is always hot water . I like that the ensuite rooms have baths as well as showers .

Good location near train station or half hour walk to town. Friendly reception. Room was quiet and bedding and towels clean. Place has character. Free parking round the back. Takeaways nearby as well as bars. £12 taxis from Leeds after 1am. We arrived, went to town, returned for sleep and left in the morning. No fuss.
