Receptionist was a young man, was polite and friendly and helped the process go smoothly. Was definitely the highlight of the stay, making all guests welcome (myself and company included). Didn't get his name, but he deserves a pat on the back from management

The room was clean and spacious with a good view down the road into town. The beds were super comfy - slept really well. Whilst the bathroom was dinky the shower was hot and with good pressure. Wish Roomzzz did more twin rooms.

Room was ginormous, fairly central to the city centre too. Free tea, coffee and croissants in the morning time but be early if you want any pastries!
