We was able to check in 2 hours early which was a great service from the hotel staff. The hotel rooms were clean and tidy with plenty of tea and coffee supplied in the room.

The room was clean, the bedding was comfy and clean and there was good amenities in the room in terms of tea/coffee/towels/soap and shower product dispensers etc. Check in was quick and easy and price was affordable.

Was greeted with a friendly member of staff thinking she was called Connie and as we had booked a executive king size room there was lots of little extras water in the room and soft drink lovely selection of hot drinks, vouchers for free drinks in bar and 20% of food vouchers one thing that really stood out was the amazing scent throughout the hotel

We liked everything about the king size room which I purchased for me and my missus and she loved her stay as it was her first time staying at this hotel I've being several times and loved every time I've stayed, staff amazingly helpful and location superb to get around the city centre, we both stayed for 3 nights and genuinely went to plan, we will be returning here in February 100%!
