Likes - the location, comfortable bed, modern bathroom with nice toiletries Dislikes - had a basement apartment so no view. TV didn’t work - had to rescan all of the channels. Coffee machine didn’t work. Lock didn’t work on bathroom door. Shower door didn’t fit properly so water leaked onto bathroom floor. Had to let ourselves in to an empty building down a nearby side street to get our key. Kitchen cupboards far too high. I’m 5ft 6 and couldn’t see what was in the cupboards. Washing up liquid supplied but no cloth, sponge, or anything to use to wash up (unless they were in the cupboards I couldn’t reach!). Stain on throw on the bed. Nowhere to hang coats. A solitary peg would’ve been preferable to using the door handle. Had to pay £200 deposit - which is a lot! Can’t comment on staff as we didn’t see anyone. To be clear - none of the above spoilt our trip or warranted a call to the ‘emergency number’ but some small adjustments could elevate these apartments.

The apartment was spotless and felt luxurious. Perfect location. A little tricky to find at first but staff on reception were really helpful. Our only negative was the TV in the living room didn't have a plug but everything else was perfect.

Spotlessly clean with lovely decor. Nice and modern. Quality toiletries and robes were a nice touch. Appreciated the free water, drinks, biscuits and crisps, tea coffee. Brilliant location too.

Apartment 106 was excellent. It had 2 bedrooms, one with ensuite and both bedrooms were large doubles. Bathrobes were provided which was a nice touch. The main bathroom had a walk in shower and everything was provided from shower gels, shampoo, conditioner and some extra such as an exfoliating pad for your skin. All products were Molton Brown which added that extra bit of luxury. Lounge and kitchen area was also spacious tea and coffee were provided and there was also a coffee machine if you wanted a nice coffee instead of instant. The apartment was located in central Leeds and it was easy to walk everywhere. I would definitely stay here again.
