Location good, very clean. Upon arrival there were a number of men drinking and smoking right on the doorstep; I had to walk through a cloud if cigarette smoke on a number of occasions and felt a little insecure as I felt they should have been asked to move to the outdoor commin area.

The service of one member of staff who booked us in was exceptional. The outside of the property looks good and you can see the effort is being made to revamp the place.

Relatively close to Leeds city centre, was only a 10 minutes or so by car or a 40-45 minute walk. The staff were really friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcome.

The location was excellent, the staff were professional, warm, welcoming, and quick to help with any problems. The shower was amazing, it was better than mine at home.

Great property and the staff members were really friendly. I was especially happy that I could check in after 1pm. The price was reasonable and the facilities were clean and organized.
