All the staff were super helpful. Paul the chef was great - excellent bespoke cooked breakfast and he kindly made sure that I could have a late checkout due to snowfall. Great location and lovely hotel with fascinating history.

The staff were friendly, and breakfast choices were great, especially gluten-free options. Headingley has lots of shops and places to eat nearby, within walking distance. The hotel itself is on a very quiet road away from the shops, though, which I liked.

Very helpful staff. Had a free upgrade to a king size room. Very comfortable quiet accommodation in an elegant but homely boutique hotel. Very convenient to Headingley High St & it’s shops & cafes.

Staff went out of their way to ensure I had a good stay. Paul the night porter/waiter was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for him. He even made me up some croissants to take with me for the journey back. I will most definitely be staying at Haley’s when I come back to Leeds.Fantastic

hotel could use some TLC as it's a bit tired. However the staff, especially the kitchen staff on a morning were wonderful and made our stay .

We have stayed at Haley's multiple times and ALWAYS everything has been perfect. All the staff are incredibly welcoming, only tiny criticism is the water pressure, but far more importantly the beds are super comfortable, it's warm and the breakfast superb. We will be back!

Room nice and warm, king size bed and pillows very comfortable, duvet not right size for bed, more for a double, but we slept well. Bathroom dated, shower over bath, mat had to be requested, bit slippery without. Nice touch with the soap etc in a basket. Lovely quiet location, free car parking. We got a taxi into the city centre at a cost of about £8, better than driving in and trying to find parking. Staff were great, very friendly and helpful, breakfast was plentiful and very fresh and tasty. Check in time was fabulous, 2pm. We would stay again.

The room here was splendid! Really spacious, warm and felt very cosy. The bathroom was lovely as well, clean and had both shower and bath, brilliant! Location wasn't too far from central Leeds (10 mins in an Uber) and the perfect distance from all the noise and bustle of the city. I had a fab nights sleep. Breakfast was well laid out and plenty of options. Can i also add a big thank you to the lady who allowed me to work in the room next door, i really did appreciate that!
