I can't express enough how wonderful my experience was. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel incredibly welcome, which set the tone for my entire stay. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference. The room itself was a haven of comfort and privacy. I appreciated the attention to detail in the decor and amenities, which created a relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect retreat for me who was away with work. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. It was simply amazing! There was a fantastic variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and beautifully presented. It was a delightful way to start my day. Overall, my stay exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cosy and welcoming place to stay. I can't wait to return when I'm next in the area.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room wasn't very big, but was very tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional and freshly cooked. The dining room has a really nice atmosphere to it. I would certainly stay again.

The hotel is really lovely and very comfortable. The bed was one of the best I've ever slept in in a hotel, the breakfast was lovely and the location was very good.

It was so clean and welcoming and the best night sleep I have ever had Great location for Leeds or for Harewood House Carols so welcoming and her breakfast is amazing couldn’t do enough for use

Excellent clean hotel with a lovely breakfast. We had a lovely cozy room and slept very well. Carol is a wonderful host, really welcoming and nothing it too much trouble. Breakfast was a delight.
