Beautiful property in an excellent location. Great communication prior to arrival. Tastefully decorated with a Comfortable bed & great shower. Barbara was an excellent host & has a fabulous team on site - all very friendly & professional. We opted for breakfast on the roof terrace & were very impressed with both the quality & variety offered.

A fantastic central stay for exploring Lecce. We had Room 8 which was a huge suite and bathroom! Our hosts were very hospitable offering coffee and biscuits on the roof terrace each morning. We were room only but was lovely touch. Would definitely recommend staying here in the heart of Lecce.

Fantastic hotel in a very central location, clean rooms, powerful fan, comfortable bed. What made a huge difference for me personally is that they provided each room with filtered still and sparkling water and it was topped up on a daily basis. We had no issues with parking nearby ( we realised that if we were back by 4-4.30pm there was always a parking spot near the hotel) otherwise we had to park a short walk away which wasn’t an issue either. The host Barbara is wonderful, great communication, very responsive and very accommodating which we appreciated very much.

The hotel is a discrete typical large house in Lecce center, very close to the old town but in a peaceful street which makes the place very exclusive. The room and the bathroom were large, very comfortable and totally in line with the pictures. The bonus was certainly the terrace on the roof where we took every morning our delicious and very generous breakfast offered in extra. You should not hesitate to take it as that moment on the roof in the morning is a real privilege and the food served is extremely fresh, diversified and very tasty. A real pleasure !

Its location right at the historical center is a plus, there are parking areas around it however it is not aleays easy to find a free spot. The room was spacious enough and clean. The hotel staff was very polite.
