Couldn't have wished for a better 3 night stay over the New Year festivities, wonderful staff, lovely breakfast and huge room we stayed in No 11, corner room.

We really enjoyed our stay the room was very hot. Receptionist was really nice helpful however the young man serving breakfast was not as delightful. He was slow and the room was not busy, he didn’t seem to have much about him.

This is a charming hotel, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was 1st class in a welcoming dining room, with a great choice. The hotel is in a fabulous location to the shops and amenities. Great pub opposite but a little noisy as our room was opposite the smoking area of the pub and some shouting at closing time but for a short time. The lady receptionist was delightful, very friendly and welcoming, she was the nicest. Would like to stay again

Initially we experienced a less than helpful staff member and the rooms we were allocated were really not suitable. After the first night I had a discussion with a lovely member of the reception team who was really helpful and sympathetic about our experience. By the afternoon of the same day alternative (excellent) rooms had been arranged and we moved. The hotel is lovely and this was our second stay with family located in Leamington so we will be back and next time I will be more specific with our requirements to avoid disappointment.
