Dogs are allowed in the ground floor standard rooms. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. Lauryn “Exceptional staff, lovely rooms.”
The staff were amazing, couldn’t have asked for a better experience from the staff so friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was lovely as was the sauna and steam room. The jacuzzi wasn’t as warm as I would have liked, however nothing major! Our room was upgraded due to our original room not being suitable for our stay. Which meant that the room was outstanding. Couldn’t have wanted a better room.

Lovely, friendly staff, from check-in to the excellent New Years Eve Gala night. Spent 2 nights in a twin room, and it was clean, comfortable, and warm..bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and had everything, continental and cooked. Location is easy to find just off the motorway and car parking plentiful. We checked in a bit early and were able to leave our luggage while waiting for our room. Staff at Reception were extremely helpful. Spa facilities are good ,especially the steam and sauna and staff at the leisure centre are friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this Hotel and will return in the future!
