Hotel Overview

The Hôtel du Marché, located in the centre of Lausanne, offers free WiFi access, transport card and a terrace and garden. All rooms have a TV and some have a coffee/tea machine. A few parking places and a shared kitchen are available on request.

Good location to walk into centre of town. Easy check in and key drop off. Clean room and clean towels. Good WiFi.

The location is not too far from the city's heart and easily accessible on bus or subway metro. The location is lively and there are many restaurants and other places to hangout. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The toilets were outside the room in corridor, shared with other rooms. But, they were cleaned often. The check in process was smooth. The washbasin inside the room was pretty handy.

There weren't too many other guests on our floor so it felt like having our own bathroom - even though these were actually shared rooms. Located near the metro station which is good especially if you have a lot of lugagge.
