Staff were helpful, they had plenty of guidebooks on hand for visitors, as well as free public transport options. Staff were quite relaxed about the breakfast, telling us we could choose to opt in as we wanted (we hadn't initially paid for this). Good location, not far from the metro. The area was nice and quiet.

The location was amazing (a bit uphill from the main station). It was close to everything we wanted to reach and discover. The place is very nice and has a cool vintage vibe, rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were also clean!

We liked the location as it was close to everything we wanted to do. 20 minute walk to the main train station to catch the train back to Genève airport.

The room was fine, check-in was quick and it was not loud at night. Everything was reasonably clean. Easy enough to walk to from public transportation.
