I honestly don't understand how this is only a 3-star hotel, as it's definitely better than many 4-star hotels I've stayed at! The location is great, the reception was super friendly, and my room was very comfortable and clean. Also, it was surprisingly calm–I didn't even hear the other guests much. I regret that I didn't have breakfast there, as everything else was really great!

We got a quiet room as requested. Very polite reception on the day of arrival. Breakfast excellent. A comfortable bed, well sound insulated walls, didn't hear the neighbors.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Centre Ville. The staff were very welcoming and did their best to assist us. Bed was comfortable, shower was good, breakfast was excellent. A great place to stay

The breakfast was superb. I wasn't expecting anything other than a croissant and juice. However there was a small hot selection, croissants, bread, yogurt, muesli, fruit salad, whole fruit, cheese, meat and a selection of juices! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was up to date (multiple sockets including USB ones) and clean.
