Friendly and helpful staff. Explained and provided passes for free transport throughout Lausanne. Clean facilities. Huge balcony with views of the city and lake. Breakfast included was huge buffet with something for everyone.

The room was very big as we were 3 adults with 1 infant. It was very clean, tidy and new! The view form the room was amazing. The breakfast was so good and had a lot of varieties. The staff were very helpful.

Our second stay at the Hotel des Patients. The first was during covid times, so it was great to experience the full buffet breakfast this time! Good sized, contemporary rooms with quality fittings. Quiet. near to CHUV metro stop and with Lausanne Transport card included. (tourist tax - decided by the Lausanne commune not the hotel - is now 5,50chf per person per night though!)

Hotel des Patients is on very nice location, you have look on the Lake. Rooms are big and have everything what you need, was very clean! Hotels stuff very kind and nice, breakfast was included and was super super! Every recommandation, very good!!

Location of the hotel was good, it was very near to underground station. Great breakfast, high quality ingredients. Helpful and kind staff. The spacious room was really quiet, noise free. We were given public transport tickets for all the stay, which helped a lot.

The things are at Swiss standard, We were offered a suite room, probably because of our long stay, the room was just breathtaking. Apart from small climb from subway station, all the rest is perfect !

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very nice breakfast with a great variety of food. Clean and comfortable room. Nice location, very close to metro station. We will be back for sure -:)
