The hotel is located very close to the train station, and has a public car park next door, so is very conveniently located. The WiFi was good, and the bed was comfortable.

Well located - however quite an incline to walk upto. We had to drag up our big suitcase and it was a big climb. If you have big luggage, and plan to stay here - be aware of this fact. Staff was okay - nothing out of the ordinary and not bad either. They did not give in to our request of 1 hour delayed check out.

Comfortable and large rooms, relatively quiet. Good location in Lausanne. Reception service was good.

the location is close to the Lausanne train station. There are many restaurants in the area. The shopping street is also very close. the staff at the reception, breakfast area and room service are very kind and helpful. and the rooms are really big and very spacious and very thoughtfully designed.
