A 3 bedroom apartment, property was naturally dark, leaking fridge, creaking floors and outdated,

Just a bit dated, facilities were older and there was not enough accessible power points. 2 keys was confusing until you found the one that works of course. A couple more direction signs with unit numbers would be good as well for when you arrive after hours

Large room, plenty of bench spaces, cupboards, mirrors, clean unit and ensuite. Good linen and pillows. Plenty of heating, fridge & microwave. Large glassed view over Hobart with a balcony. Parking outside your unit. Excellent place for a family with playground for young ones, games room for older children. Heated indoor pool and large spa all enclosed under same roof. Laundry facilities. Manager/staff were friendly and professional. Really felt welcome and whole stay was relaxing and heaps to see in and around Launceston.

The views were awesome. The hot water in the shower was instant and powerful... 10 outta 10 for that. The unit was spotless. All utensils present. Fridge was cold as.
