This is a heritage property that is warm and comfortable, not draughty. The owners are very friendly and obliging, and the location couldn’t be more convenient to the centre of Launceston.

Everything... this is by far the best place I have stayed in....and that's in Australia and Europe... Andre and Linda were so friendly... a pleasure to meet... and very helpful. The room was outstanding.
