The property was spacious, clean and comfortable. Very easy parking, easy cafes and restaurants clise by. Coles in the next block. Negatives were the front entry was very untidy and unwelcoming, and the back courtyard was also unkempt, not inviting at all. The unsuited shower downstairs is terrible, water spurts everywhere and hard to regulate, needs replacing. Unfortunately, there was only 1 teabag provided, maybe housekeeping needs a bit of a shake up? In all we enjoyed our stay, the walk to town is lively, the home back up the hill a bit arduous as I get older. All up, it was a lovely stay and Launceston impressed me.

Such a homely beautiful house so close to coffee shops Main Street to every where.Tidy clean and beds and pillows are so comfortable.The owner of the house helps you anyway as possible.

Much more spacious on the inside than first impressions from the street. Loved all the historical buildings along the street. Appreciated the off street parking....a bit tight for our Isuzu MUX but managed ok. Lovely, friendly neighbours & locals, very close to Coles & cafes. Great self contained facilities. A small bbq would be a plus.

Have everything we need in the house. Easy and enough parking space. The air condition is on when we got in which is a surprise. Clean and sweet rooms. Quiet at night. We just love to stay there to feel more close to local residents.

We had a good stay at this property which was a 5 minute walk from the city centre. We had a pub and pasta shop on our doorstep, both serving good food.
