Our room had lovely decor and everything was very clean. The courtyard was pleasant to sit and have refreshments. Position was close to shops and a great Chinese takeaway.

The property is well located within easy walking distance to the city center. It has charm in spades and quality rooms. Front desk was bright and cheery. Parking was fine. In all a great place to stay.

The staff week courteous and the room was okay. My fault that I did not research that I had to use steps to access my room. The room was quiet.

As I checked in late, I did not have the opportunity to meet any staff. My room was spotless, with a comfortable mattress. Only disappointment was the constant loud traffic below my room. This is unfortunately beyond the remit of the management - I will ask for a room at the back next time!
