Spacious room, good airco, bed and pillow. Desk for working. Clean and proper bathroom with hot and cold water and good shower. Great and extensive breakfast buffet. Dinner options. Nice pool overlooking the skyline. Proper gym with good airco. Helpful and kind staf

For me, the best thing of the stay was the comfort of the bed. You could just sink into them. The view from the hotel room was amazing. Friendly staff and no issues with anything.

10th floor outdoor pool closed at 7pm- while bangkok climate calls for nice outdoor evenings 1h to wait before they sort out mess with prepaid booking.com instead of allowing room access and handling admin Spot light right in the eyes on pool Room unmade 1st day only after return at 6pm Unable to bill extras on room - have to pay each No answer to mail to extend stay Room telephone doesnt work
