Liked: shuttle service from airport was excellent. Location. Japanese restaurant. Happy hour for beer. Disliked: No happy hour for drinks other than beer.

I stay here 2 or 3 times a year and every stay the place absolutely sticks. The smell in the rooms & corridors is really terrible.

Used the hotel as a base before getting an international flight home. There is insufficient competition / other hotels in the proximity so prices were higher for what is a hotel that needs a make over. Room decor in need of attention. Staff very helpful.

Top location for transits. Room is a little old but spacious. No coffee machine in ours but the room next door had one. Breakfast was okay quality.

Really close to airport,There is a shuttle service to the hotel and back to the airport every 10 minutes, Room Very clean and I feel very special, also hotel has everything you need, The service is impressive.Spa was the best ever 😘😘The pool and gym look good. I stayed only one night and didn't have time to swim. 😞 Definitely come stay for next time for longer for swim next time 😀😀

Great location if you have a long layover (I arrived at 8:30 pm on Saturday and my flight to Canada wasn’t until the following morning at 7:30 am). It was very easy to get to. The pick up desk is right by exit door 4 at the airport in the main terminal and the shuttle was right there, I was at the hotel in 15 mins. The staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable and quiet. I got a good nights sleep before my long flight. I didn’t try any of the restaurants so can’t comment on that.

Check in went smoothly and Bill on the front desk was friendly and efficient. We had booked the room late as our flight had been cancelled due to the fire at Heathrow and we were delighted with the facilities, excellent staff and impeccable cleanliness. The pool area was very nice and an added bonus. One other useful thing was that you get the room for 24 hours which is extremely handy! Japanese restaurant was excellent.
